In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3.3 phdream111 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time by requesting documentation including, but not limited to: Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS card, driver's license, PRC ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream111 account credentials, including your username and password. phdream111 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

4.3 Your account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your account or any balance therein to any third party.

4.5 Inactive accounts (no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month after written notice, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Any remaining balance will be held pending the Player's return and re-verification.

5.1 All deposits on phdream111 are made and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). phdream111 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency without explicit prior arrangement.

5.6 phdream111 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which phdream111 bears no responsibility.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made after successful completion of KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts are ineligible for withdrawals.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified phdream111 account — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.1 All bonus offers made by phdream111 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these General Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.2 Standard conditions applicable to all phdream111 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses expire within the period stated in their specific terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited;

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;

14.2 phdream111 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of:

16.3 Subject to applicable PAGCOR resolution procedures, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and phdream111 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.4 Nothing in these Terms prevents phdream111 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the platform or other Players.
